Beginner I am a 54-year-old Chief Manager at Punjab National Bank, Karnal Circle where I have been serving since 2016 in Scale-IV. My journey began in 1988 when I joined eNBI as a Clerk Typist, and after its merger with PNB in 1993, I climbed the ranks to my current senior executive position through hard work and dedication. I hold a post-graduate degree along with fourteen additional technical and professional qualifications, reflecting my commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Despite complete hearing loss at the age of seven, my early ability to hear allowed me to learn speech, enabling me to communicate effectively through lip-reading. My career is marked by three consecutive promotions in 2004, 2008, and 2011, moving from Scale I to III. In Scale I and II, I excelled in the Technical Stream (Rajbhasha), and in 2009, I opted for the mainstream. From 2011 to 2016, I worked as the second-in-command at RAB Karnal, setting new benchmarks in retail lending, particularly in car loans. I am proficient in supervising various sections, providing guidance, and ensuring efficient operations. My tenure in the Rajbhasha Stream was distinguished by significant contributions to the promotion and implementation of the official language in the bank. My tech-savvy nature allowed me to make substantial contributions to the IT department, participating in several key projects voluntarily.
