What does the union do?
– They only arrange transfers for those who flatter them excessively and block others.
– Their leaders don’t do any work in the branch.
– They fail to explain the genuine severe medical conditions of many employees to the management.
– They know nothing about 5-day banking, but they are ready to strike if any allegations are made against their own people.
– Violence against employees is increasing, but there is no statement from the union leaders.
– They don’t organize any educational or awareness programs for their members.
